Be intentional about meeting people’s needs.
God calls all believers to fulfill the Great Commandment (Mark 12:30-31)
Love God with all your Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength - Love your neighbor as yourself.
God calls us to fulfill His Great Commission at all cost. (1 Corinthians 9:22)
Become all things for all people that we may save a few.
When the reality of a real Hell is obvious, our mindset of reaching lost people will change.
God calls a Pastor to Love, Teach, Preach, Pray and Protect the flock. (1 Peter 5:2)
Feed the flock and take oversight - Administer the Sacraments
God calls a Pastor to Lead by example and serve as Jesus served. (Matthew 20:28)
Jesus was a humble, meek, servant leader that loved His flock, which includes His willingness to suffer death on a cross.
Living a life of transparency, character, and integrity

Campus Pastor Next Level Church Tampa Florida March 2017-Present
• One of the fastest growing churches in America, I was sent to Florida to build a launch team and prepare for launch
o Grew launch team from 1-40 in a few months
• Developed and Trained Leadership Team for the Florida location
o Kids Coordinator , Worship Coordinator, Guest Service Coordinator
• Pre-launched in January with 415 people in attendance
• Official Launch on Easter 2017 with 1100+ for Helicopter Egg Drop
o Over 50% of the people attending during prelaunch served at the launch
• Administrative responsibilities include
o Follow up with all First Time Guests
o Regularly meeting with volunteer staff
o Consistent Team building and leadership development

My responsibilities included: organizing the event, scheduling the bands, advertisements, obtaining sponsorships, preparing teams of adults (security, ticket booths, prayer teams, and backstage), and follow up after the event
Outreach and Assimilation Coordinator 2003-2006
Developed programs for outreach such as passing out batteries for smoke detectors to 300+ homes in the economically depressed church neighborhood
Developed Assimilation process including visitor gift bags, phone calls to all visitors, basic Bible study classes for new converts, and offer ministry opportunities to everyone
Developed team of Adults to accomplish the ministry needs of Assimilation and Outreach
